FAQ

How can an order be placed?

1. Find the product you wish to purchase from the right side menu on our Home Page. You can either choose by Type of the products, by Designers, or by Price that you are searching for and to make selections for the colors and quantity you require.

2. Payment will be made by Credit Card through the trusted payment gateway, iPay88.

3. Your order will be delivered to your specified delivery destination.


How can I check on order status?
To check on your order status, please send us an e -mail to store@haus.com.my.  We shall revert to you during working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT +08:00), Mondays to Saturdays.


What types of payment are accepted?
- Any Credit cards at http://store.haus.com.my


Can I return a product after it is delivered? What is the Warranty policy?
All shipments are inspected before leaving our warehouse. Our shop warrants all of our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship at delivery . In the event that the product is damaged during transit, please notify Haus Living Concepts Sdn Bhd at store@haus.com.my as soon as you receive your merchandise, and we shall arrange for repair or a  replacement for you. Our responsibility is limited to reasonable repair of the product, or to replace if the product if it cannot be reasonably repaired. Products will not be replaced after it is delivered. However, a product will not be replaced after it is delivered.


How long will it take to receive the ordered products?
Shipping times vary depending on the manufacturer and the kind of product you have ordered. Ready stock will be delivered within 7 to 14 days. Normal order lead time could be up to 3 months. If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will KIV your order and notify you as soon as the stock arrives.


Do you deliver international orders? 
Currently we deliver only to addresses within Peninsular Malaysia.

 

Can I pick up my order from your showroom in Tropicana City Mall, Petaling Jaya? 
Yes, you may specified the delivery destination to be our showroom for collection. Shipping fee will be charged accordingly when you make payment for your order online. 


How much does delivery cost? 
Shipping fee depends on the weight of the product and desired delivery destination.


Is delivery by a particular date possible?
Yes, we would make our best effort to accommodate to your request if the delivery destination is within Klang Valley, Malaysia. However, if it is in other states of Malaysia or overseas, it will depend on the courier service company's traffic and schedule. Your understanding would be much appreciated.


What happens if something arrives damaged?
We strive to carry quality brands and deliver your new furniture in perfect condition. But if you receive your furniture with any obvious damage on it, please send an email to store@haus.com.my to report the damage immediately and we shall replace the damaged piece as soon as we can.
